Security and safety of electronic data and hard copy originals are critical issues for LSA Office Services.  Procedures are in place to ensure confidentiality for our users.

• Uploaded files travel on the University's backbone and remain within the University's information technology environment
• LSA Office Service printers are behind its own firewall to ensure security of electronically transferred data and its digital output
• Our staff are prepared to address specific security needs
• All materials are handled by University employees on University premises in compliance with University procedures and guidelines
• Document spoilage is closely controlled and secure destruction for spoilage is in place
