Memo regarding On-line Progress Reports (Oct. 31, 2008)

RE:                        On-Line Progress Reports

I am writing to remind you that the On-Line Progress Reports are available for your use.  These reports are extremely helpful in letting students know where they stand in your class and allow the Advising Center to respond promptly to students experiencing academic difficulty.

Easy to do: Click on http://www.lsa.umich.edu/facstaff/, then on Student Academic Affairs, and then on LSA Undergraduate Student Progress Report, and follow the directions. 

I am requesting that you fill in the student data, which is easily accessible through your Class Roster on Wolverine Access, and check the appropriate boxes.  There is also space for your comments.   Please note that both the student and student’s assigned advisor also receive copies.  For students considering dropping individual courses, please note that the deadline to do so is Friday, November 7th.
