Pre Health 101: For students beginning to consider a health profession. This is a broad introduction to fundamental information important to preparing for a wide range of health professions, including medicine, dentistry, public health, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, podiatric medicine, optometry, physician assistant, physical therapy, and nursing.
Thursday, March 21, 2-3 PM in 1255 Angell Hall
Pre-Health 201: This one-session workshop is intended for students in their second year of pre-health studies and beyond and is open to all students enrolled in any College of the University. This session will help you reflect on your activities, curricular choices, and goals as a healthcare professional as part of the preparation for making well considered and well expressed applications. Introduction to MCAT 2015: For all students considering medical school who may take the new version of the MCAT, which will be first administered in March 2015. We will discuss a broad range of issues including new topic areas covered and the courses that address them, as well as the structure of the test and its questions. Check back for dates and locations! Will take place during Fall 2013
Pre-health Drop-in Advising (Weekly!) For all pre-health students. No appointment is necessary, but advising is conducted on a group basis so bring questions you don’t mind asking in front of other students. These sessions will take place each week, unless the campus is closed for break or unless otherwise noted on the Pre-health Information CTools site.
