  Serves as a resource to Shared Services members in Pre-Award and Post-Award activities, including preparing the PAFs, developing grant budgets, interpreting agency guidelines, and submitting proposals using Grants.gov or other sponsor systems.  Monitors financial status of sponsored and non-sponsored projects, reconciles and prepares monthly reports, reviews expenditures for A-21 compliance and assists unit faculty with financial projections.
