Class of 1923 Memorial Teaching
One or more awards of $2,500 are made by the College Executive Committee each year after it has reviewed all recommendations for promotion from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor with tenure and for promotion from Associate Professor to Professor. Nomination for the award comes automatically with all such recommendations from departments and programs. Awards are made on the basis of the extensive documentation relating to each candidate’s overall excellence as a teacher of undergraduate students provided as a standard requirement of the promotion process. Nominations are due before February 15!
