LSA Undergraduate Course Approval Requests
LSA Undergraduate Education uses an online system to process undergraduate COURSE APPROVAL REQUEST FORMS (CARFs). To access the online CARF, click on https://webapps.lsa.umich.edu/CrsMaint and login. If you need access to subjects in your department, have questions, or encounter difficulties, contact JoAnn Peraino at jperaino@umich.edu.
For Graduate Course Approval Requests, see The Course Approval Process. For graduate and non-LSA course proposals, fill out the generic Course Approval Request Form. Send the form with required approval signatures directly to the Registrar's Office, 1544 LSA 1382. Questions may be sent to ro.curriculum@umich.edu.
