  Zachary received a B.A. (History and Latin) from UCLA in 2007 and completed a Post-Baccalaureate program in Classics at UCLA in 2008. He then went on to receive an M.A. (Social Sciences) from the University of Chicago in 2010. His general interests include the politics, society, and military expansion of the Middle and Late Roman Republic.
