Kathleen is the Graduate Coordinator. Her duties cover the History PhD Program, Anthropology and History PhD program, and the doctoral portion of two certificate programs: Science, Technology and Society (STS) and Medieval and Early Modern Studies (MEMS). She is the primary contact for the History graduate program, assisting the director of graduate studies as needed. In addition, she monitors student milestone completion, maintains graduate student academic records, edits the graduate handbook, and is the webmaster for the graduate pages on the department website. Students should contact Kathleen with administrative questions regarding their academic record or program requirements/procedures, and to schedule foreign language examinations, preliminary examinations, prospectus presentations and dissertation defenses.
