Two
steps are required to GRADUATE from LS&A:
1)
Apply for Graduation on-line through Wolverine
Access (Student Business).
This step puts your name on the graduation
list for the term you specify.
2)
Meet with advisors in all your concentrations and minors to have Concentration/Minor Release
Forms
signed. (schedule
History advising appointment)
A Release is needed for each concentration
and minor.
Turn in the form to your home unit:
- LSA Academic Auditor (drop box outside G 255 Angell
Hall) or
Newnan Academic Advising,
- Honors Office (1330 Mason Hall), or
-
the Residential College.
After steps 1 & 2 have been completed, watch
your email for your Official Degree
Audit.
Read, copy, and save this letter.
It states which requirements you have fulfilled and
everything you still need to complete for LS&A,
your concentration and minor. Follow the letter exactly
to plan your final courses. If you take courses other than
the ones listed, you need to submit a new concentration
release.
Questions about your audit letter or graduation
status? Contact the Academic
Auditor (lsa.auditors@umich.edu)
or your home unit (Honors or RC).
Best
time to do your audit is the term before
you plan to graduate so you can plan
your final term elections (October for April/August
grads; March for December grads).
