HSSP's live-in student advisory staff provide support and mentorship for first-year pre-health HSSP students, plan Community Service, Multicultural, Social, and Health-Related Wellness events, and help make HSSP a supportive and fun place for students to live and learn.

HSSP Resident Advisors (third-, fourth-, and fifth-year HSSPers):

• Promote a warm, welcoming, and safe substance-free floor community
• Lead an HSSP Programming Area (Community Service, Multicultural, Programming Board, Publicity, Social, and Wellness) and help you plan events that build community and expand your learning beyond the classroom
• Serve as your first resource on Housing-related issues

HSSP Peer Advisors (second-year HSSPers):

• Support Resident Advisors' in promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe substance-free floor community
• Assist in leading an HSSP Programming Area (Community Service, Multicultural, Programming Board, Publicity, Social, and Wellness) and help you plan events that build community and expand your learning beyond the classroom
• Support first-year hallmates in your transition

HSSP Peer Mentors (second-year HSSPers):

• Support Resident Advisors' in promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe substance-free floor community
• Help plan and conduct at least one HSSP community-building event
• Support first-year hallmates in your transition to UM
