  Doretha Coval works with the director on all aspects of the fellowship program for Michigan faculty and graduate students, from managing the application and selection processes to creating a congenial and productive work environment. She coordinates the residencies of the Visiting Fellows. She organizes the Institute's public programs and conferences.
