Dr. Paul Conway, associate professor in the School of Information, and member of the Informatics Steering Committee, has been chosen as one of the winners of the 2011 Provost’s Teaching Innovation Prize (TIP).
Dr. Conway was chosen for this award based on his work with the course SI 410, Ethics and Information Technology. This course is one that all Informatics concentrators take as part of their curriculum.
The TIP honors “original, specific innovation to improve student learning” and also promotes “sharing them with faculty colleagues”.
