LSA Teaching Through The Flu: Just-in-Case Options for Handling Flu-based Absences http://bit.ly/LSAFlu In order to provide LSA faculty and departmental support staff with a variety of options to maintain instruction and distribution of materials if and when students are ill and absent, LSA Instructional Support Services (LSA ISS) has compiled resources and suggestions. These include: options for recording lecture content, posting podcasts, media options, chatting and collaborating, collecting and distributing files, giving tests and quizzes online, delivering lectures live over the Internet, and a blog for questions, comments and suggestions. A quick tip for Microsoft Word 2003 users making the switch to Word 2007:
