Instructional Support Services (ISS)

Helping Create LSA's Best Teaching and Learning Experiences

Instructional Support Services provides support for a wide variety of special events in LSA centrally scheduled classrooms:

  • Film Series
  • Screenings and Sneak Previews
  • Conferences
  • Student Meetings and Student Group Activities
  • Other Events Requiring Technical Assistance
  • Equipment Loan

All special events are considered on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the availability of staff.  Fees may apply.

Student groups must be officially sanctioned by SOAS and will need a University account number, as well as support from a faculty advisor in order to arrange for staff and equipment support. Although last minute requests may be arranged with additional late fees (depending on staff availability), we strongly recommend that you arrange for auditorium support and staffing two weeks in advance.
