- Director, Frankel Center for Judaic Studies
- Executive Director, Frankel Institute for Judaic Studies
- Dean, College of Literature, Science and the Arts (or representative designate)
- The elected faculty members of the Frankel Center’s Executive Committee
- Two senior members of the College of Literature, Science and the Arts faculty (one of these must be director of another institute in the college; one of these must be a distinguished scholar from a humanities or social science department)
