The Third Biennial Undergraduate Archaeology Conference, "Methods in Archaeology," will be held March 9-10, 2012. Participants will discuss innovative methods in archaeology to approach various problems created by past conventions and the nature of the field itself. The keynote speaker will be Kathleen Morrison, Department of Anthropology, University of Chicago.
All undergraduate research related to the field of archaeology is being solicited for presentation. Submit abstracts of no more than 300 words to: email@example.com by February 1, 2012.
The conference is hosted by the UM Department of Classical Studies and the Kelsey Museum of Archaeology with support from the Departments of Anthropology and Comparative Literature.
