Please follow the steps below to submit your contact
information and abstract:
1. Fill out the Contact Information form
2. Select preferred type of presentation
3. Enter the equipment needed if any
4. Enter the title of your abstract
5-1. Type or paste your abstract in the Abstract (Plain Text Only) area
5-2. If your abstract contains special fonts and/or graphics, please
skip the Abstract (Plain Text Only) area and leave it blank. You will be redirected
to a separate page to upload your abstract file as an attachment after you click the
Submit Info button at the bottom of the page.
5-3. To panel organizers and participants: Please fill out this form with the contact information for
the panel organizer. In the Abstract space below, please include, first, the title and abstract for the panel as a
whole (no more than 500 words), followed by name, affiliation, email address, and abstract (up to 500 words each)
for each paper included in the panel.
6. Click the Submit Info button to submit the above entered information
File Format (for the uploaded abstract file only): Although we accept both PDF and Mircrosoft Word
documents, the recommended format is PDF.
