NWAV 33 REGISTRATION

• If you plan to attend NWAV 33, we would appreciate if you pre-register. Please send a completed form and payment (check or money order) to the address included on the form by September 10th. All registrations sent after September 10, including registering in person at the conference, must include an additional $25 fee.
  

• Child care (if we can make it available) and ASL interpretation can only be provided if it is requested on the pre-registration form, as advance arrangements must be made.
  

• Since we can only accept checks and money orders in U.S. currency, we will allow international participants to pay the registration fee without the late charge when they arrive at the conference, as long as they have sent or emailed the completed pre-registration form to the address below by September 10.
