Doctoral Degree Information

The Department of Linguistics is an interdisciplinary department connected to several other departments, but with its own full-time faculty, Ph.D. degree, and undergraduate major. Faculty from other departments participate, including: languages and literatures (Asian, English, Germanic, Near Eastern, Romance, and Slavic), the departments of Anthropology, Computer Science, Philosophy, and Psychology, and the English Language Institute.

Masters Degree Information

The Department of Linguistics does not offer a Masters degree in linguistics. You can research North American Masters programs at the website of the Linguistic Society of America.
