To declare a concentration,  pick up a Declaration Form at the rack by the front desk in 1255 Angell Hall. Fill it out and take it to a concentration advisor for his/her signature.

To change your concentration, simply submit another Declaration Form with the new concentration. The Declaration Form allows you to indicate clearly whether you are adding a new concentration or deleting an existing concentration.
