Choose a category (Eg. “faculty and staff”) from one or more of the category groups (Eg. “User”) to browse a list of documents matching your selections. If you don't know what category to choose for a particular group, leave the default value of “any” for that group. When you are done making your selections, choose the submit button labeled “Browse the Knowledge Base”.
For each category group, you can choose a category from the list, to restrict the results to documents belonging only to that category. Alternatively, you may choose the default value of “any”, matching documents belonging to any category in that group.
The more groups for which you select a category, the more you restrict the resulting list of documents. If you don't find what you are looking for in the results, try selecting less categories to be less restrictive. If the list of results is too long, try selecting more categories to narrow the results.
