1. Schedule your video conference event by contacting LSA Video Conferencing Support at lsa-videoconf-info@umich.edu or 763-4048.

Do this at least three weeks prior to the date of your event! (Why three weeks?!)

2. Review Preparing for a Successful Video Conference because...

3. An LSA Video Conferencing Support staff member will contact you to discuss the details of your video conference event! (the document from step 2 will help you prepare for that conversation)
