Video Conferencing Services

Why three weeks?!

Yes, three weeks of lead time is certainly pretty significant.

Here's why we recommend planning that far in advance...

We're not just scheduling LSA equipment and staff. We also have to coordinate the logistics and scheduling of multiple resources at the OTHER location as well.

Even more, we have to conduct at least one test conference with the other location. If the initial test conference does not go well, we troubleshoot and conduct additional test conferences as necessary.

Past experience indicates that the time needed to run through this process is highly variable.

We want your video conference to be a success. We prefer having sufficient time to accomodate unforeseen problems over missing an unrealistically short deadline.

You can help keep the process on-track and on-time by following the tips and suggestions found on the Preparing for a Successful Video Conference page.

You should also take care to provide clear and complete details about your video conference to LSA Video Conferecing Support staff.

We look forward to assisting your with you event - please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about the planning and preparation timeline for your video conference!
