As the Children’s Program Coordinator at MBGNA, Liz specializes in the development of school programs that link the Michigan science standards to our interactive trail and conservatory tours. Liz develops and leads afterschool programs and Saturday Adventures, and she is also responsible for training docents to share their extraordinary enthusiasm and respect for nature with children during MBGNA’s guided programs. Liz received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Education at the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment. She loves working with children, who never cease to amaze her with their endless wonder and sense of joy in exploring nature.
