  • Catching Your Breath
    A free monthly program for caregivers/partners of adults living with memory loss.   • Potpourri Night with Herb Study Group
    Got herbs? All invited to share their dried aromatic herbs and spices to create a large mixed potpourri. Suggested herbs and spices include lavender, rose petals, lemon verbena, lemon balm, bee balm, cinnamon sticks, cypress or cedar wood, jasmine flowers, marjoram flowers and/or leaves, mints, rosemary flowers or leaves. Participants who bring a 1/2 cup or more of dried herbs receive a portion of the mix to take home. No herbs? No problem. Herbless attendees pay $1.00 at the door to participate. Also, a limited number of handouts from all last year’s meetings available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Herb Study meets on the first Monday of the month, 7–8:30 pm March through November, unless that Monday is a holiday.  For more information, call 734.647.7600, visit mbgna.umich.edu, or email m.kaminski@comcast.net. All meetings free unless otehrwise noted and open to the public.
