- Annual Potluck and Bonsai Critique
AABS members and attendees enjoy a meal followed by a critique of the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and AABS trees. All invited; bring a dish to pass. Presented by Ann Arbor Bonsai Society. Info: annarborbonsaisociety.org.

Each attendee will leave with an 8-ounce jar of oil and an herb (lavender) to infuse, along with a handout on oil infusion. Herbal oil infusions can be used for bath or massage oils or as a base for making lotion and salves. Supply cost is $5.00 per person for Herb Study members (dues paid); $8.00 nonmembers. Program is open to the public. To register email m.Kaminski@comcast.net. Space limited to 16. Program is open to those wishing to attend for free. Oil and herbs not provided to anyone attending free.
