Late May – early June is a lovely time of year to visit the Peony Garden at the Arb. The original garden arrangement of 27 beds separated by season and color is still in place (and looking beautiful!) today.

Catching Swarms

A monthly meeting for anyone interested in learning about honeybees. Tonight’s program takes a look at catching a swarm of bees. This will be the first year of the coveted stainless steel hive tool award presented to the new beekeeper who has caught the earliest swarm and is willing to share his or her story.
