In this hot month, see the beautifully restored Riverfront at the Arb with a canoe landing, river access, benches, and picnic tables. This is a wonderful destination for visitors traveling the Arb trails or the Huron River.

  • A Midsummer Night's Scenes
    All invited to an informal, "pop-up" evening of Shakespeare scenes performed by our very talented Shakespeare in the Arb cast and crew. This free, outdoor performance features selections from several of the Bard's plays as the audience and cast take a short walk through the Arb. Bring a blanket or chair.

    Note: This is not a ticketed performance like our annual summer Shakespeare in the Arb production. Program is free; no tickets or registration required; all ages welcome. Meet at the 1610 Washington Heights entrance to the Arboretum. Rain date: August 10, 6 pm.
