Registration for Community Education classes is easy! You can register online, by mail, fax, phone or in person at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens.

On the description drop down information page each class allows you to add it to your online shopping basket. You can then pay by credit card for the classes you select. Classes that are full will not allow online registration.

Family Tree Level Members and Above
Members at these levels receive six free youth education classes for their family during their membership term. Classes redeemed are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or roll over to other membership years. To redeem a free youth class, please register in person or by calling 734-647-7600.

Class spaces are reserved when registration form and payment are received and then processed by MBGNA staff.

Adult Education classes are open to those at least 16 years of age. Classes meet as designated at Matthaei Botanical Gardens or Nichols Arboretum. Classes may meet off-site (call for location and directions if you miss a class). Field trips may be physically challenging-call the Gardens if you have questions about the difficulty of any class or trip. Classes are popular and fill quickly-early registration is suggested.
