Free street parking spaces are sometimes available on Oswego St. near the Arb's Geddes Street entrance.

In spring, Matthaei and the Arb burst into life. Over 20,000 daffodils in a line emerge and bloom at the Arb The fragrance of lilacs is on the air. Woody plants show off their flowers and the peonies peak in June.

The Arboretum’s trails and paths lead to every corner of the property. Although only two routes are officially designated as “trails” in the links below, these trails and the network of smaller paths allow you to explore the Arb with abandon.

Trails and paths are shown on the trail map in our Arboretum visitor guide as well as on many wayfinding signs on site. All trails and paths allow you to return to where you began.
