Dr. Charles L. Betsey is Professor of Economics at Howard University. Dr. Betsey will lead a discussion on public policy education, his own career in public service, and the role of diversity in public policy. The Ford School of Public Policy and the Michigan in Washington Program, two places at the University of Michigan that train undergraduates for public policy careers, will be present at the discussion and will discuss their programs with any interested students.
