Fall 2009
October 2, 2009: Fall Term Research Contracts due to MRC office
December 4, 2009: First draft of abstract, approved by Research Sponsor due
December 18, 2009: Winter Term Research Contracts due
Winter 2010
February, 2010: Final Draft of Abstract, approved by Research Sponsor due to Peer Advisor
March, 2010: Symposium Information Session for MRC students. Poster specifications and materials will be distributed.
April 7, 2010: Poster Evaluation Session. MRC Peer Advisors will review posters and provide feedback. Students should have reviewed all poster content with their Research Sponsor by this date.
April 14, 2010: MRC Spring Research Symposium. MRC first-year students will present their research posters at the Biomedical Science Research Building from 6:30 to 8pm. All research sponsors are encouraged to attend to support their students.
MRC and UROP have different Research Symposiums.
