What can I expect from my Mentor?
You can expect your Mentor to contact you over the summer to welcome you to the MRC, check in on you during the first days of classes, help you find your way around, assist you with your project search, serve as a mentor and resource to you throughout the school year, and answer any questions you may have about the MRC.

Where is MRC located?
In 2008-2009 academic year, MRC will move back to newly renovated Mosher-Jordan Hall.

How are students admitted to the program?
The MRC is committed to creating and maintaining a dynamic community of students with varied interests, majors, and backgrounds. The MRC seeks students who are interested in research and in becoming active and contributing members of the community. Selection is based on the living-learning program application and essays, which are parts of the University Housing on-line application.

What is the application procedure?
The MRC is one of the University of Michigan's Living Learning Communities (MLCs). Students apply to the MRC through the MLC section of the University Housing on-line application. You will be granted access to the on-line housing application after you pay your University of Michigan enrollment deposit.
