UM Museums

The University of Michigan's many museums, galleries, archives, and exhibition spaces play an essential role in the life of our campus. Our museums are sites of enjoyment and public gathering, where students and the community come together to view great art, encounter ancient species, or stroll through verdant landscapes. With their vast scientific and artistic collections, our museums are centers of research and teaching on topics ranging from the evolution of mammals to contemporary biodiversity and global climate change, from archaeology to contemporary art, and a plethora in between.
