6 Michigan in-residence credits

• Minimum 2.75 GPA
• Four semesters of college-level Spanish and/or two semesters of college-level Portuguese (or equivalent)
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing

The summer program, administered by the Council for International Educational Exchange (CIEE). This program offers intensive language training in Portuguese and an introduction to contemporary Brazilian culture. Students will participate in cultural excursions in Salvador da Bahia and its surroundings.
