6-8 Michigan in-residence credits

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 2 semesters of college-level French (or the equivalent)

After a one-credit orientation course on the history and culture of Québec, students are placed into one of seven different levels of language study. Lower-level classes are language-based, while upper-level classes may be in the areas of language, literature, and culture. Past courses have included: Vocabulary & Phonetics, Oral Expression, Québec Cinema and Advanced Grammar and Stylistics.
