6 Michigan in-residence credits per term
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
Study at the Trinity College in Dublin along with University of Wisconsin students. UM students complete an intensive course of study in Irish culture. The Resident Director will teach a 3-credit course (course varies year to year). In addition a set of one-credit “modules” will be offered by Trinity College faculty in the following subjects: history, Irish & Gaelic culture, visual culture, theater, and critical issues. There will be several major day trips and one week of the program will take place at Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Throughout the program, the coursework is complimented by a series of cultural events and social activities such as poetry and prose readings, theatre performances, film screenings, and traditional music sessions.
