16 Michigan in-residence credits per term
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Four semesters of college-level Italian
- Junior or Senior standing
The program begins with a five-week Intensive Language Program (ILP), designed to prepare students for enrollment in courses at the University of Padua and to familiarize them with the Italian university system. After completion of the ILP, students enroll in classes at the University of Padua. This program is administered by the University of California’s Education Abroad Program (EAP). An advanced language class may be offered through the EAP Study Center to help students with their university classes.
