If you are planning to use financial aid to help pay for the program costs, then you should have filed for:

Request for Funds Form .............Spring and Summer Term
Applicant Data Form ....................................Academic Year

Check the Office of Financial Aid website for deadlines and forms if you have not already done so. The forms are only available through the Office of Financial Aid.

U.S. Study Abroad United States Department of State's website designed for students that will be studying abroad. Information provided on traveling, health, emergency procedures, etc.
ISIC (International Student Identification Card) You are encouraged, but not required to purchase and ISIC card. The ISIC card costs $22. but offers you : Very limited health, evacuation, accident and life insurance which is valid only outside the U.S. (this should not be considered a substitute for regular health insurance), access to a 24-hour free emergency hotline for assistance while abroad: 1-715-342-4104, reduced admission to many museums, theaters and historical sites, free e-mail and optional, and extra-cost phone card and voice-mail service (“ISIConnect”). UHS Travel Health Information from the University Health Services on international traveling, health insurance, and tips to stay healthy.
Registration Instructions Instructions explaining how to register on Wolverine Access. You are REQUIRED to register for your program at your regular scheduled registration time.
