If you are planning to use financial aid to help pay for the program costs, then you should have filed for:

Check the Office of Financial Aid website for deadlines and forms if you have not already done so. The forms are only available through the Office of Financial Aid.

| U.S. Study Abroad | United States Department of State's website designed for students that will be studying abroad. Information provided on traveling, health, emergency procedures, etc. |
| ISIC (International Student Identification Card) | You are encouraged, but not required to purchase and ISIC card. The ISIC card costs $22. but offers you : Very limited health, evacuation, accident and life insurance which is valid only outside the U.S. (this should not be considered a substitute for regular health insurance), access to a 24-hour free emergency hotline for assistance while abroad: 1-715-342-4104, reduced admission to many museums, theaters and historical sites, free e-mail and optional, and extra-cost phone card and voice-mail service (“ISIConnect”).
