Study Abroad In The News
The OIP has always felt strongly about the contributing role of international academic experiences to the overall success of an undergraduate at the U-M. Below, we’ve started to collect articles and stories that may be of interest to students, faculty, and members of the U-M community. These represent but a very small selection of the available study abroad opportunities open to U-M students. Come talk to us about your interests and how we can make study abroad a part of your academic plan!

Each summer a new group of study abroad alumni volunteer to talk to prospective students. These alumni share experiences - the good and the not-so-good - from their study abroad program. Email oip@umich.edu with the program you are interested in and the OIP will put you in touch with an alumni!
Walk-In Advising
Want to speak to an OIP advisor? During the academic year walk-in advising is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2-4 p.m. During the summer months, students wishing to speak with an advisor will need to schedule an appointment.
