Career Paths in OS

Organizational Studies is a broad, rigorous academic program that provides excellent preparation for a wide variety of careers or graduate programs. The interdisciplinary approach that is the heart of Organizational Studies fosters a broad vision of organizations and their critical role in society that is essential for tomorrow's leaders in a rapidly changing world.

Career Paths for Organizational Studies Concentrators

The Organizational Studies Program gives students the flexibility to move in a number of different directions upon graduation, while also providing a broad base of knowledge from which to approach any endeavor they wish to pursue. Graduates of Organizational Studies may either pursue graduate education or embark on a career in public or private sector organizations.
