Stephen Garcia, Professor of Organizational Studies and Psychology will present “More Competitors and Less Competition” and introduce the "N-Effect." Garcia presents his findings on how increasing the number of competitors in already competitive social settings can decrease motivation and effort. Garcia will discuss the implications of his research during this lunch presentation.
