BLI’s Conversation with Kim Cameron

Ross School of Business Professor and OS Affiliated Faculty member Kim Cameron will visit the Institute and will review some of the empirical evidence suggesting that leadership based on positive principles fosters high performance. Practical implications are highlighted which leaders may use for enhancing positively deviant performance in individuals and in organizations. Two recent books will serve as the foundation of the presentation, Making the Impossible Possible (2006) and Positive Leadership (2008) (both published by Berrett Koehler).
