BLI Visitors Program: Jin Nam Choi

January 27-29, 2009, the Institute will also host Jin Nam Choi, a professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Seoul National University as a part of the Institute’s Visitor’s Program.
On Thursday, January 29, 2009, Professor Choi will present theoretical approaches to understanding the process and outcomes of innovation implementation. Professor Choi would like to stimulate a holistic view regarding this critical organizational phenomenon and engage the audience in a discussion about the development of an overarching framework for understanding implementation outcomes in societal systems.
