Ross School of Business Program Development Researcher Position Thursday, December 11, 2008 - The Ross School of Business is offering a one-year temporary position for graduating seniors to assist the Associate Dean for Leadership in the exploration and creation of leadership development opportunities for students at the Ross School of Business. Duties to be performed: Assist the Associate Dean for Leadership in the exploration and creation of leadership development opportunities for students at the Ross School of Business Duties include researching and developing program opportunities, working with student groups, working to create and sustain a brand image and coherent message for our leadership programming, and other assignments as determined by Associate Dean for Leadership. Writing assignments will be assigned including distilling articles for use and preparing book synopsis. Current and Expected Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities 70% Investigate new leadership program opportunities for graduate MBA students. 30% Analyze and document student feedback on current programs and identify areas for improvement. Department Qualifications: A degree in an area related to leadership or organizational development is required. Ability to pleasantly and professionally interact with students, faculty, and the public while representing the Program necessary. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
