OS Professor Jason Owen-Smith wins prestigious award

Professor Owen-Smith has won the 2008 Henry Russel Award. This award, which recognizes both exceptional scholarship and conspicuous ability as a teacher, is one of the highest honors the University bestows upon junior members of its faculty.
Kent Flannery will give the Henry Russel Lecture, titled "The Creation of Agriculture: So Easy a Caveman Could Do It." during his honorary talk.
