Professor Elizabeth Armstrong wins American Sociological Association Outstanding Paper Award Friday, August 21, 2009 OS Associate Professor Elizabeth Armstrong, won the Outstanding Paper Award from the American Sociological Association's section on Collective Behavior and Social Movements. The winning article, co-authored with Mary Bernstein, is entitled 'Culture, Power and Institutions: A Multi-Institutional Politics Approach to Social Movements." It was published last year in the journal Sociological Theory. Congratulations Elizabeth! |
