PCAP Peformances and Exhibit Spotlight Creative Work by Youth

Two events this week spotlight the talent of youth in Prison Creative Arts Project workshops. Both events feature work created in workshops facilitated by U-M students in Buzz Alexander's courses.

On Decmeber 13, high school students from four schools in Detroit will perform from 9am-12pm at Studio One, Walgreen Drama Center. Each performance features original work created by the high school students.

The Annual Exhibition of Art by Incarcerated Youth runs December 13-20 at the Pierpont Commons Piano Lounge. An opening reception will be held December 13 from 5-7pm.

The performances, exhibit, and reception are free and open to the public.
