The Linkage Project affirms the creativity of adults and youth returning from incarceration. Adults and youth who have participated in PCAP’s programs are welcome to join as Linkage Members. Twice a year, Linkage Members are invited to apply for a one-year Linkage Fellowship. Volunteers share their creative talents in a variety of ways.
