Join Linkage Project as a Returning Citizen

All returning citizens who have participated in PCAP programs while incarcerated are
welcome to become Linkage Members. Members must complete an
annual registration form. Benefits include:

  • Connections to arts and cultural organizations in your area,
  • Exhibition and performance opportunities,
  • Annual conference and workshops,
  • Invitations to PCAP events,
  • Peer support from Linkage Members,
  • Regular contact from PCAP Linkage Project staff,
  • Opportunity to apply for Linkage Fellowship (one-year, goals-based arts mentorship and stipend).

To join the Linkage Project, register online, download the application form or contact Vanessa Mayesky at 734-647-6771. If you are currently on parole, please clear participation in the Linkage Project with your parole officer.
